Outdated and Noisy

great locationdirty carpetnoisy street
The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. I appreciated the location.
The room was old, so the windows did not block out street noise. The carpets in the hallways looked very dirty. I also had issues adjusting the water temperature in the shower. The water went from scalding hot to ice cold with minimal adjustment, what a surprise.

The hotel has a kitchen area where I could make my own meals. The beach was very close, just at the end of the road. Stanley Park was also a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities.
The common areas werent very clean. The carpet and hard surface floors felt sticky. The elevator smelled bad. I reminded me of the entire hotel needs a top to bottom deep cleaning and deodorizing.
